RESTORE JOB TRAINING IS A PLACE TO GROW PROFESSIONALLY & SPIRITUALLY
Restore Job Training aims to communicate dignity and worth to women through providing ongoing discipleship while helping them gain the necessary skills for future employment. After completion of Restore 1.0, women have the opportunity to apply to the Job Training Program. As they grow in professional skills, they are intentionally discipled as they continue to grow in their faith.
Women in the Job Training Program can expect to…
Grow in their understanding of their unique identity, gifting, and purpose as they receive intentional discipleship alongside professional training
Spend time in a healthy, encouraging work setting while they receive training in necessary skills to thrive in a professional environment
Gain an understanding of vocational skills and professionalism as we utilize our ministry initiatives to give them the opportunities to grow in all they are learning
Receive fair compensation
Be met with grace as they navigate all they are learning professionally and spiritually
Be supported by a dedicated care advocate
Begin to better understand how they can use their gifting and skills to pursue a career and serve the Kingdom of God.

In the Restore Job Training Program, participants gain a better understanding of:

Event planning and coordination
Office and facility management

Store merchandising and inventory
Product production
Build resumes and gain interview skills.
