The ROW Production Studio Residency is a 12 month continuation of Sparrow’s restorative programs. In this space, women receive extensive hands-on training, consistent part-time employment, and holistic care. As residents, women work alongside the Sparrow & Co team members of the Sparrow & Co as they build upon the personal and professional growth they’ve experienced through the Restore and Job Training programs.

Women in the the ROW Production Studio Residency will…

• Receive extensive, hands-on training as they learn the skills needed to produce our ROW by Sparrow & Co line of home and body products

• Gain expertise in sewing textiles, product development, order fulfillment, packaging, and more

• Grow valuable professional skills as they work in a team setting, contribute to a healthy work environment, meet professional expectations, and adhere to agreed upon timelines

• Meet consistently with a trained care advocate weekly to ensure they are moving toward the goals set forth in their unique success plans

• Experience meaningful community and spiritual growth through weekly group Bible studies

• Graduate from the residency fully equipped to pursue professional opportunities in the retail/product development industry, whether at Sparrow & Co or elsewhere
